To Whom It May Concern:

 After years of hearing Bill Duffey stand up at our Las Piedras homeowners meetings and telling us all about how under-priced homes are in Las Piedras, we decided to list our home with him, on March 15th, 2005.  We are writing this recommendation because we thought of listing our home, with another agent, but focused on Bill, because we knew that he has lived in Las Piedras, before we purchase our home in 1995.

 Bill carefully advised us that homes in Las Piedras where extremely under-priced, in his opinion.  We have to admit that we were a bit skeptical, but because he lives in Las Piedras, we decided to meet with him and discuss the sale of our home. 

 Let us tell you, it was the best financial decision we have made in many years.  Bill pointed out the past sale prices in the area and why they were undervalued, to the market and showed us that he was more than familiar with the many distressed sales in Las Piedras that had severely skewed our home values.

Sure enough, within hours of our ?formal? listing, we had two offers (above our list price) as he indicated would occur using his system.  His ?pre-listing system? is truly an amazing marketing strategy!  We sold our home within 24 hours with multiple offers, thanks to Bill.  He definitely knows Las Piedras and has the ability to market and sell any home, for the best price!  His system works!  It is truly a new wave in home marketing!  It works because he is, and personally knows, the top Realtors in North Scottsdale and has a marketing program that pre-notifies all of the top agents in the area of a pending ?pocket? listing, as he puts it. 

In closing, everything Bill stated to us was the most professional we have experienced and far exceeded our expectations.  In terms of his professional expertise, we can not say enough! 

 The result of our experience:  The highest sale price ever received for a home in Las Piedras, to date. 

Although we regret having to move from Las Piedras, to live in another state, we highly recommend Bill Duffey of RE/MAX Excalibur to all of our neighbors in Las Piedras.
