This 640 acre subdivision features numerous homes from the $400's to $1M+. 

Few building lots remain.  But there are usually re-sale homes in the area.  Just let me know.

This subdivision is surrounded by current State Trust Land and is located off of Pima Road and Westland in the North Scottsdale area.

Debates continue about the status of the State Trust Land.  The City of Scottsdale has expressed an interest in preserving the land, but it will be bid on by all interested parties in the future.

GOLF

Located in the high Sonoran desert of North Scottsdale, Legend Trail is the master planned community. The historic Whiskey Bottle Trail, which once brought settlers west, winds through the community of custom estates and resort style homes. Its five distinctive communities are set apart by the natural topography of the greens and fairways of its world class par 72 championship public 18-hole golf course designed by Rees Jones. Managed by Troon Golf, the course has ranked as high as #69 in Golf Magazine s  Top 100 You Can Play , and received a four star ranking in Golf Digest s 2002  Places to Play . Its golf shop was rated as one of the  Top 100 in America  by Golf World Business, 2002. Fifty percent of the 640 acres are devoted to open space, so residents experience an oasis of open beauty and luxurious living.

The Club and Residential Area.

The Legend Trail Recreation Center is a 10,000 square foot facility featuring a state of the art fitness center with two co-ed exercise rooms with treadmills, stair-masters, free weights, weight machines, an aerobic dance floor and locker rooms with showers. There are two lighted tennis courts, two pools, a pool-side Jacuzzi, as well as walking and biking trails. There are smaller meeting rooms and large banquet rooms for everything from business meeting and informal gatherings to full scale weddings.

There are only 2 remaining new home communities in Legend Trail:

• The Preserve Summit  Avron Homes. This is a gated community featuring four floor plans with 2-4 bedroom homes ranging from 2,515-3,550 square feet, from the low to mid $400 s. Only 30 home sites remain at this time.
• Pinnacle at Legend Trail by Pinnacle Builders. Semi-custom single family homes with four floor plans ranging from 3,200-3,900 square feet from the mid $500 s. Only 10 home sites remaining.

A few custom home sites are still available in the gated community of Legend Vista Estates.

Future plans include Mirage Trail, which will be a condominium community.

• The Fairways by KB Homes (formerly Kaufman and Broad) have 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,579-2,166 square feet.
• The Fairways by Avron Homes. Three floor plans from 1,600-2,500 square feet.
• The Greens by Avron Homes. Two to four bedroom floor plans from 1,764-2,837 square feet.
• The Estates by Avron Homes. These 2-4 bedroom floor plans range from 2,803-3,986 square feet.
• The Legacy by Toll Brothers (formerly Geoffrey Edmunds). Two to four bedroom homes from 2,054-2,612 square feet.
• The Traditions by US Home Corp. Three to four bedroom plans from 2,394-3,894 square feet.
• The Preserve by VIP Homes. Three to five bedroom floor plans from 2,164-3,712 square feet in a gated community.
•  The Legends by William Lyon Homes (formerly Presley). Single Family Homes.
