Located in the far North Scottsdale area.  This luxury development is just south of Desert Mountain and features the exclusive Mirabel Golf Course.  This is the newest large gated community in North Scottsdale.  

At Mirabel, there is beauty as near and far as the eye can see. Membership is currently $105,000 and is an 80% equity membership.  Monthly dues are $675 per month.  Social memberships are available at $20,000 and monthly dues are $250/month.  These are family memberships.  Note that these rates change from time to time.

With a premium placed on privacy, serenity and service, Mirabel is a wonderful place to live and play. An intimate membership makes it one of the more exclusive private clubs in Scottsdale:

• Mirabel's golf membership is limited to 350 golf members.
• Only residents may join by invitation.
• The club will be wholly equity-owned by club membership.

The Clubhouse is a multi-million dollar facility that offers all of the amenities, including on-site concierge.

Land prices range from $350,000 to $700,000+.  Over half are already sold.   There is no timeframe to build on the property and memberships are not required to own the property.  Land ownership is required for Golf memberships.

Many fine lots remain and numerous spec homes are also available ranging in price from $1.3M to $4M.

At Mirabel, Tom Fazio designed a challenging golf course that golfers of all skill levels will find dramatic and playable.

Note: (As of 2005)  Mirabel is currently not offering social memberships on re-sales. You can, however, be put on a wait list and join when they offer them again which will be in 1-2 years. The cost is $20,000 and $250/mo. Golf memberships run $115,000 and $745/mo.  HOA fees are now $190/month.
